Product Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• If the product has been opened, it must be at least 75% full.

Service & Package Returns

All services and prepaid packages are non-refundable.

However, if you are not satisfied with a service, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a service credit for any unused portion. We will review your request and apply the credit to your account for future use.

Important Notes:

• Service credits cannot be applied toward retail products.
• Transfer of services or packages to another person is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
