Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Youthful Solutions MediSpa & Wellness, we value your time and ours. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes impact our ability to serve other patients waiting for care.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee helps cover the reserved time slot and allows us to offer it to others on our waitlist.

Rescheduling: If you contact us to reschedule (rather than cancel) your appointment—even on the day of—no fee will apply. We encourage rescheduling to keep your treatment plan on track and will gladly find a new date/time that works for you, subject to availability.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please call us at 512-827-3439 or email ys@ysmedispa.com. Voicemails and emails are accepted if received at least 24 hours in advance. For your convenience, appointment reminders are sent 24 hours prior via text and/or email.

Exceptions: We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. While our policy is firm to ensure fairness for all patients, please reach out immediately if a true emergency arises—we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy is standard in the medical aesthetics and wellness industry and is clearly communicated in your appointment confirmation and reminder messages.
