Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Youthful Solutions MediSpa & Wellness, we value your time and ours. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellation Policy We request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• This fee can be applied as a credit toward your next appointment.

Rescheduling Policy We encourage rescheduling rather than cancelling whenever possible. You may reschedule your appointment (even with less than 24 hours’ notice) and the $50 fee, if applied, will be credited toward your new appointment.

How to Cancel or Reschedule Please call us at (512) 827-3439 or text 844-596-2218. Voicemails and texts are accepted. Appointment reminders are sent 24 hours in advance via text and/or email.

Exceptions We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. If you have a true emergency, please reach out right away — we will handle these situations with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
