About Youthful Solutions

Founded in 2016, Youthful Solutions is a trusted, family-owned wellness practice serving Cedar Park, Leander, and the greater Austin area. Led by Dr. Laurette Smith, a board-certified OB/GYN with over 25 years of experience, our practice is dedicated to helping patients achieve better energy, balance, and overall well-being through personalized hormone optimization and doctor-supervised weight management.

Dr. Smith brings a wealth of expertise to her patients. Before opening Youthful Solutions, she was a highly regarded physician at Renaissance Women’s Group, one of Austin’s most respected OB/GYN practices. There, she gained extensive experience caring for women through all stages of life — from reproductive health to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. This deep foundation in women’s wellness, combined with her passion for hormone health and metabolic care, led her to focus on advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and medical weight management when she established her own practice.

Dr. Smith is known for her compassionate, evidence-based approach. She takes the time to truly listen to each patient’s concerns and goals, then creates individualized treatment plans using pellet therapy, compounded GLP-1 medications, and thoughtful lifestyle guidance. She often says, “These treatments truly transform people’s lives from the inside out — enhancing energy, mood, vitality, and confidence.”

While we previously offered a broader range of medical aesthetics, our current focus is on wellness services with Dr. Smith. We continue to offer Tox injections for our existing and returning patients.
